I also hit a weight-loss milestone (I think these longer runs really burn it off faster), and now for the final coincidence, I also just signed up for a 5k race April 19th!!! It made my brain hurt. Right now I'm doing it monthly. I'll go to more oftern as I get closer to my goal weight. That being said, great work on the weight.

Remember you can slow down instead of stop. :) Any forward motion counts. :) And you have a registration in...that makes you a runner at any speed.

Not sure how comment streams work in blogger so I'll put this here (as well as other places): I'm only 'officially' doing the runs for HH5210. I walk the dog between 1 and 3 miles depending on mood and if I ran, etc. most of the week, so I classify that as cross training. No strength training so far. I might start doing some sets of pushups and situps, but that's it.Aaron Cunninghamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06457556608864914158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1314559417603468949.post-40231697518982135832008-03-20T15:57:00.000-05:002008-03-20T15:57:00.000-05:00Congrats on another good run!
