One note regarding my sushi-related post below.
I'm up one pound today (vs. yesterday). I'm sure it's at least in part water weight from eating soy sauce with my sushi two days in a row. That miso soup probably didn't help either.
So be forewarned! If you're weighing in for The Biggest Loser tomorrow, today is NOT the time for sushi.
I'm just sayin'.

Man that salt will do it to you ALL the time. Chinese, Japanese, anything salty and my scale reading the next morning is ALWAYS up and it's way more then 1 pound!
Yep, me too ... sometimes there's a delay of a day but eventually it comes back and bites me.
It doesn't freak me out anymore. Well, OK, I do think "aw damn!" when I see the numbers, but it doesn't get to me. Stupid sodium.
That extra pound is TOTALLY SODIUM. No worries!
Mantra of the evening ... no worries, no worries, sodium, no worries ...
