Happy goes missing

Hey everyone!

I mentioned in my last post that my little brother is in town. (If you can call someone who is 33 and taller than me little, that is.) I'm going to be spending some time with him, trying to get some work done (that pesky job - ugh!), and getting that exercise in, so I don't think I'll be around much these next few days.

I'll catch up with everyone this weekend, I promise.

You guys have a great rest-of-the-week!

I know excatly where you are at as I was at that exact same place last year. So close to goal. I got to 69.9 kg's and was aiming for 65 kg's, but I only got to 69.9 kg's for one day :( Then after that I decided to stop dieting and to focus on exercise and nutrion as a lifestyle thing and I went up to 78 kg's. I amm now about 75 kg's, but I don't care about the scales. I am going to judge my weight loss by trying on clothes that no longer fit... Same thing that you are doing. Enjoy the exercise and enjoy your food everyday and make sure it is something you are happy to do for the rest of your life and you will get to where you want to be. I am still on my way on this journey, but the journey never really ends as you are always looking for something to challenge you and excite you...

You will be fine on the 8 min run and the 20 min run and once you have completed it you will feel amazing.

Enjoy your time with your little brother... (btw my little brother is taller than me too)

Have a fabulous time with your little brother. I have one of those myself, but he lives in Boston (Im in North Carolina), so I don't get to see him much.
Have fun and be sure to boss him around just a little bit (we're allowed, its in the Older Sister Handbook ;)

Hellooo... I know you are on blogging vacation at the mo but I HAD to send you a little note to say 'I DID IT'... I went for a run today... I had to go back to repeat week 3 of the couch to 5k... but I DID it! And I am still alive AND I am looking forward to my next run.

THANK YOU for the inspiration that I got from reading your blog this week, it was much needed :)

Can't wait to hear how the "holy crap!" 20 min run went for you. I conquered it today-- super hard, and super satisfying to be able to finish it. Onward and upward!

Con-grats on the weight loss this past week. I hope you found time to run out and workout while your brother was out. :)
Good luck with the 8 minute runs...does it get any easier??? Do I have anything to look forward too? :)
